General Conditions of Sale<\/h1>\n

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted our terms and conditions of sale.<\/p>\n

Order<\/h2>\n

All our prices are exclusive of tax or VAT, depending on the country of destination, and do not include shipping costs. For a first order, please provide us with a recent registration in the trade register, a bank account number and your Siret number. Payment in advance will be required. Thank you for your understanding.<\/p>\n

We reserve the right to change prices and specifications at any time.<\/p>\n

Delivery times are given as an indication. Unless otherwise agreed by us at the time of ordering, no penalty can be claimed.<\/p>\n

Any order submitted implies unreserved acceptance of these general conditions, which cannot be modified by stipulations on the customer’s order forms or in the general conditions of purchase. All our prices and conditions of sale are given subject to formal modification, they can be revised at any time and without notice, including in the case of obvious error. Our prices are calculated on a Euro basis. In case of force majeure (carrier strikes, state of war, etc… (non-limitative list), UNICYCLE Voltige\u00ae is released\u0301 from any obligation towards its customers. The prices visible on the website may differ from the prices charged in our premises. The photos on the website “UNICYCLE.fr” are not contractual, and non-substantial differences may exist between the demonstration photos present on our website and the articles received by the customer.<\/p>\n

The goods remain our property until full payment of the invoice.<\/p>\n

Complaints regarding quantity, quality or invoicing must be made within 8 days. Goods must be returned with our consent, including any detailed goods.<\/p>\n

Any dispute of any nature whatsoever shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts. Any clauses specified in letters or on our customers’ order forms that are contrary to these general conditions cannot be imputed to us unless they have been agreed to in advance by us. The price indications present on the site prevail over the paper price list, if different.<\/p>\n

In the event of cancellation of an order, all completed or in-process items will be delivered and invoiced.<\/p>\n

Any defective item requiring a refund or exchange, unless agreed with the seller, must be returned in advance and declared\u0301 as such by our sales department. Any return of an item under guarantee is accepted\u0301 after written confirmation from us and at the customer’s expense. Any return of an item deemed unjustified\u0301 will be subject to a 10% surcharge. No complaints about missing items will be considered after 14 days from delivery. Returns must be sent to UNICYCLE Voltige\u00ae, 3 Impasse Jules DALOU, 91006 EVRY CEDEX – France.<\/p>\n

Guarantee<\/h2>\n

Our products are guaranteed within the limits of the guarantee of our suppliers and for a use in conformity with their destination. We guarantee our material against any manufacturing defect, prejudicial to its use provided that it was specified to us. Our liability is limited to the replacement of articles recognised as defective and returned carriage paid to our warehouse within one month of the arrival of the goods at the customer’s premises, without our having to bear any other costs.<\/p>\n

Transport<\/h2>\n

For all deliveries (National, European, DOM-TOM or OUTSIDE THE EU), the actual shipping costs are applied according to the current rates of our carriers (COLISSIMO, DACHSER, TNT, UPS, FEDEX, CHRONOPOST, etc). The automated process of estimating delivery costs cannot work with certain items due to their weight, volume, particular packaging or delivery destination. UNICYCLE Voltige\u00ae reserves the right to adjust the shipping costs calculated on the site.\u00a0 Even when shipped carriage paid, our goods travel at the risk of the recipient, who is responsible for checking them on arrival and, if necessary, for making written reservations on the carrier’s delivery note.<\/p>\n

Payment<\/h2>\n

UNICYCLE Voltige\u00ae accepts bank transfers (in Euro), cheques and credit cards (number, expiry date and the last 3 digits on the back of the card). Payment of our invoices is made in cash, net and without discount, as soon as the goods are made available, unless otherwise agreed. The transfer of ownership will only take place after full payment of the invoice. For payments by credit card, these will be made through the secure system of Cr\u00e9dit Mutuel (Payline) so that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and no third party can gain knowledge of it during transport on the network. If you pay by bank transfer: please note that we do not accept bank charges<\/strong> please ensure that we receive the full amount in EURO only.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Late payment penalties : any invoice not paid on the due date will be increased by 1.5% per month of delay, in addition to the legal rate, according to the law 92-1442 of 31\/12\/1992.<\/p>\n
